System Setup¶
Welcome to the MICRORACK ecosystem! This guide will help you set up your system and make your first sounds in minutes.
What's in the Box?¶
A typical MICRORACK starter kit includes:

|---|---|
| Power Module | The heart of your system — provides stable voltage to all modules |
| Breadboard | Your canvas for building and patching (830-point recommended) |
| Modules | Synthesizer building blocks (VCO, VCF, VCA, etc.) |
| Patch Cables | Jumper wires for connecting signals between modules |
| Power Supply | DC adapter to power the system |
Prerequisites¶
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- ☐ A flat, stable workspace
- ☐ Adequate lighting
- ☐ Headphones or a speaker with 3.5mm or 6.3mm input
- ☐ The included power supply (or compatible adapter)
